Western approaches to mental health were not designed for Black, Indigenous and People of Color communities, and have actually done harm.

How can we provide all communities of color with access to culturally relevant and sensitive resources and healing opportunities anchored in roots, community and tradition?

The Alliance Of National Psychological Associations for Racial and Ethnic Equity, Provoc and Facebook have joined together to shift the mental health narrative and empower healing for Black, Indigenous and other People of Color communities and their allies during Black, Indigenous and People of Color Mental Well Being Month

Every week until August 12 you’ll receive messages to support Black, Indigenous and other People of Color mental wellbeing through your digital and social media channels: just sign up to receive weekly emails with ready-to-use posts and graphics.

#WellnessforAll is led by Alliance Of National Psychological Associations for Racial and Ethnic Equity — but it is a campaign for all of us.

  • The Asian American Psychological Association
  • The Association of Black Psychologists
  • The National Latinx Psychological Association
  • Indigenous Wellness Research Institute
